Mix-Tape Guest Responsibilities

Factory Obscura is committed to the well-being of our participants, staff, and community. While COVID Community Levels are ranked LOW in Oklahoma County by the CDC, we do not require masks to be worn inside. Masks are available for anyone who would like one.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

We’ll still ask you to help us keep everyone safe by doing the following.

Sanitize your hands upon arrival, and throughout your visit.
Postpone your visit if you or anyone in your household are feeling ill, or have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days.

CLEANING & SANITATION

Factory Obscura continues to implement the following measures to keep you safe.

Air Upgrades: Our HVAC systems have been upgraded with UV-C lights and MERV13 filters, and the fans run continuously during open hours for constant flow of clean, filtered air. We have also placed HEPA air purifiers at key points throughout the building
Disinfection: Factory Obscura regularly disinfects high-touch surfaces such as countertops, handrails, door knobs, buttons, crawling areas, etc.

Our primary consideration throughout the pandemic has been the health and safety of our team and our participants. Please continue to support our team as we do our best to offer a safe and fun experience for everyone.

Factory Obscura will continue to monitor the situation in Oklahoma County and make adjustments as needed to ensure the safety of our community. These protocols may change without prior notice in response to the evolving public health situation.

Additional Guest Guidelines:

1. You are responsible for your wellbeing and safety, and that of all children in your supervision. Please act responsibly and keep children in eyesight at all times.

2. You are entering a weird space. Be prepared for possible risks such as uneven surfaces, dark or flashing lights, risk of becoming dizzy, and low overhead clearance. You are responsible for your safety and medical care, and authorize Factory Obscura to obtain emergency medical care or transport if needed.

3. You waive and release Factory Obscura from any liabilities that may result from your participation.

4. Factory Obscura is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure all loose items. No secure storage is available on site, and Factory Obscura staff can not hold bags, food/drink, etc.

5. No large bags/backpacks or oversized strollers. it is best to traverse the experience hands-free and without baggage. We discourage the use of strollers inside the experience, unless it is necessary for safety reasons. Umbrella-style strollers are available to borrow.

6. Photographs, video, and media are for personal use only. Factory Obscura and/or Mix-Tape imagery may not be used to promote or advertise products or brands without written permission.

7. Photographs, video, or media captured by Factory Obscura may appear in connection with marketing and promotions. If you are documented for this purpose, you will be aware that it is happening.
